| Description | Infeed & discharge conveyors, bandsaw type cut, separates the pile from the backing, for tile & carpet, reported complete, 480v 3/60, 24VDC, 46A.
Per seller, the machine has an inclined conveyor on the feed side. Sections of carpet are placed face down on the conveyor by hand. As the carpet is pulled into the machine a sensor determines the thickness of the backing and can automatically adjust to the correct height. There is a safety mat that stops the machine if anyone steps within a danger area. It has a built in fiber removal conveyor that moves the recovered fibers to one side of the machine but there are no blowers or other equipment included to transfer it from that conveyor. The carpet backing material feeds out the back of the machine via rollers to be stacked for removal.
Spares include (2)discharge rollers, ~48 new spare blades, (8) boxes of new grinding wheels (five per box) for the sharpening process, and a pail of saw oil. There are also some spare pusher blocks and small motors.
