DescriptionType 4008, 2001 yr, with entangling capability, ~55 kg/hr capacity. Consisting of: Gravimetric dosing system - (1) Process Control and (1) Colortronic - 1 for polymer and 2 for additives. Extruder 60mm x 30:1 L/D, 5 heat zones. ~(20) 72 hole round spinnerets. Heated godets. (4) Type 3002 R, 2 cop hi-speed automatic winders, 94mm ID x 300mm, 2900 m/min, doffing carts. Electrical - 400v 200A. Natural / white tenacity is 7 gr/den - Colors tenacity to 5.5 gr/den. Some spare parts available. Reported well maintained and last running 330 to 2200 dtex. Stopped end of Jan 2020. Still installed but no longer under power.
