| Description | - NEW control panel and software, 1999 ($175k). Machine has minimal run time in R&D lab and appears in excellent condition.
- Equipment includes power panel, computer and software. Manuals / drawings available but no spare parts. 380v 3 ph but has transformer for 480v.
- Designed for use with "Polyamide, PP, or Polyester up to 2000 denier" as specified in the operation manual. The machine was qualified with a POY yarn of PET, 2700 denier with 30 ends to a finished denier of 200 denier. The maximum designed draw speed is 1000 meter per minute (2000 den).
- Each position has air jet entangler. Dienes multi-zone induction heated godet aggregates, type All-In 8000 including temp controls and motor control functions onboard the aggregates with the following specifications:
- 220mm roll shell dia, 310mm toll sheel total length, 250mm roll shell working width, 4 heat zones, 250 deg C max temp, speed range 20-6000 mpm, cooling water required ~ 20 deg C. |
