Description	pinned rolls front and rear, micrometer adjustment for height of cut, two roll takeup. 3 hp 3/60. Compressed air requirements .500 @ 80 psi (min). Exhaust volume requirements 1600 cfm @ 10 in water (on manometers). Carpet speed std 3-30 FPM. According to original proposal this machine was designed for shearing narrow widths (to 36") of various types of carpet from simple defuzzing to deep cuts. Includes 48" unwind. UNWIND STAND, 48" working width. with idler roll. Currently set up for 5"-5.5" core. Dimensions: 70" W x 38" D. Appears it will handle a 32" diameter roll. Used as an R&D machine in lab environment.
