| Description | Dual Motor Drive, Newly Rebuilt Drive Motors, New Fincor Digital Drive Mounted in Cabinet. Adjustable Bow Roll (air type), Hydraulic Lowering Table "J" type, Shaftless Rewind to 72" dia., shaftless floor pick up unwind stand for rolls 86" wide by 84" dia. Equipped with tapered chucks for crushed to 12" cores. Built in 1983, low running hours. Machine is semi-erected, not under power. Drawings, drive manual. Machine designed for running speed of 5000 fpm.
This machine was designed to be installed on a poured foundation. But can be mounted on a heavy duty steel tube frame. Included: Some slitter components available 10 -15 Wartsila Air knives.
Machine needs control console, hydraulic pump, wiring and in order to do slitting, a back knife roll and back knives. Fincor Drive was manufactured in the USA. Replacement bearings are standard metric units and are readily available. |
