| Description | 3 cylinder sections, with new angled pins on 1st cylinder, new straight pins on 2nd cylinder, with Interlocking wire on 3rd cylinder.
100 hp motor for 1st & 2nd cylinder, 50 hp motor drives 3rd cylinder.
(3) Condenser drives with independent inverter controls.
Electric control cabinet available with compatible contacts for the two cylinder motors but will need to be modified & linked to the inverter drives. One spare cylinder that requires new pins, 2 spare condenser cylinders, box of spare parts.
NOTES: No guards with machine, only the drive side will require guarding that can be with paneled enclosures. Machine was recently reconditioned and has run trials. The 3rd cylinder with interlocking wire significantly reduced the amount of small un-pulled bits. Production output reported approx 1,600 lbs/hour depending on type of fabric to be shredded. The machine is being offered out as is. Available at additional cost is:
A: safety guards
B: Complete electrical control cabinet to encompass all electronic features.
C: feeder into the Laroche.
D: Safety interlocking system that will be linked to the control panel.
E: Central dust filter collection.
F: Draw fan at the end of return conveyor to suck the bits fall out, depending on what is being processed, fan can be directed to blow back in to the Laroche or into scrap filter bags. |
