(2) Branson Ultrasonic Welders, Model 2000bdc 20:2.2, 2200W ea, 200-240v 13A 1/ 50/60 hz, 2003 yr. Abba 1580 horns (worn) 7" wide.
Control Dynamics nip roll and bond drive.
Nordson Adhesive Application System, Model MX4424.
(2) 7 port slot type hot glue applicators, each port 8.5W, 24VDC.
(2) Simco PSH-N shockless static neutralizing bars, 7000V RMS Work.
Rewind, 3" diameter, 36" max diameter.
Control panel for auto/manual mode, line speed controls, nip adjustment, glue, (2) slot dies, bonder, Digitrac 2 tension for pull roll and rewind, E stop, Durant preset length counter.
NOTE: Original photo from lab shows a small portable AC or Chiller unit and aluminum duct just prior to takeup. These items are NOT available. As an option we could supply a 20"W x 24"dia chill roll unit with air knife #16923. This would be at additional cost.
