| Description | Type DC 500, 2012 yr, 32 spindles with 16 takeup positions, 12000 rpm max spindle speed. Spindle speed depending on yarn count, type and quality of yarn, number of single threads, turns per meter, condition of feed packages, and capacity of motor. OAD: 3600 mm (11?10") long x 950 mm (3?1") wide x 1800 mm (6?) high.
Machine equipped with constant tension yarn feeders mounting brackets.
Up to 20000 Denier for core yarn & up to 600 Denier for cover yarn.
S or Z twist from 150 - 3000 TPM.
Feed package 85mm dia x 140mm traverse.
Takeup on cylindrical cross wound package 150mm traverse on 172mm x 76mm ID tube with max diameter of 250mm.
The machine is driven by two separate inverter-controlled spindle motor for both the deck of covering spindles, take-up drum and feeding motor, 480v/3. Motor output and voltage system 2.2 kW x 2 spindle motor, 0.37kW take up motor and 0.37kW feeding motor.
Indicator display of spindle speed, twist and yarn speed.
Cradle with special pressuring device to ensure uniform twisting and density through out the package diameter.
Spindle stop by means of hand operated brakes on each spindle.
First owner reportedly ran for about 1 week then lost business and put in storage. Current owner bought in 2020 and ran for 3 months until larger machines arrrived and no longer needs. Reported in excellent condition. |
