Offset gravure coater, 3 roll, chambered doctor blade, 8" diameter rubber-covered and undercut backing roll, 8" diameter gravure roll, 8" diameter transfer roll, 2 HP motors driving top & bottom rolls, 3 hp driving middle gravure roll. Transfer roll has 18" raised surface but a wider roll could be added.
Ferguson Design model FDN-20500D 3-Lamp UV dryer, lamps rated at 500 WPI. NOTE: exhaust fan is NOT included.
Cooling section, 2-roll "S" wrap with 6" diameter chrome-plated cooling rolls and 2 HP motor.
Slitting section, score type with anvil roll and (1) pneumatically loaded score knife holder.
Rewind, 40" maximum diameter cantilevered rewind, 3" air shaft, pneumatic clutch, closed loop taper tensions control with ultrasonic radius sensor, 10 hp.

All rolls ~22" wide except the middle gravure roll has an 18" raised surface on 21-7/8" wide roll.
