Description	belt width, customized as a top belt only laminator. It includes a 20' long bottom conveyor table that was last used in conjunction with a needle loom making a hook & loop product. Reliant Powerbond MKIII 1600mm Flatbed Laminator with: - 71" rolls with 64" belt width (last running 48" product) - Heating tunnel 3500 mm in length - 20 modules of heating - 6 zones of temperature control in machine direction - 3 zones temperature control across width - Cooling tunnel 1500mm in length (closed loop chiller unit not included) - 10 modules of cooling - Tunnel height adjustment 0-150mm (off your lower belt) (1/10th mm increments) - Floating compensating heating and cooling with 12mm float minimum - Panels insulated as necessary - Line speed 2-20mpm - Allen Bradley PLC Part # 2711P-B15C4D9 - Color 15" Touchscreen HMI Panel View Plus 6/1500 with Ethernet/IP - Mark free super smooth glass finish PTFE Belt (variance in belt thickness no more than 0.010") - Temperature range 0-220c - 480v/ 3 phase/60hz - If required, on machine controls (pushbuttons, sensors, switches, etc.) shall operate at 24VDC. - Machine color- Pure Green RAL # 6037; Safety guarding color: Zinc yellow RAL #1018 - Jog Mode capability - Speed match to be worked out between Reliant and Autefa - Upper pressure roller included with height adjustment in increments of 1/10th mm (0-100 psi in line pressure) Line stopped April 2023 mainly running PP and PE/PET bico. Equipment was professionally dismantled and is available from our warehouse. There were no known issues when stopped and it appears to be in EXCELLENT condition. Manual is included.
