Description 1620mm belt width 1700mm long heating tunnel - 18 heater modules, (9-upper/9-lower) - Four (4) zones of temperature control in the machine direction (2-upper/2-lower) - Single zone of temperature control across the machine width - Total heating power: 4 kW per module. Total heating: 72 kW 1000mm integrated cooling tunnel - Eight (8) modules (4-upper/4-lower) (NO chiller included) Floating upper modules ensure constant contact pressure for optimum heating/cooling. Steel pressure rollers with 3mm precision ground high temperature rubber covers. Independent mechanical gap adjustment of lower pressure roller with the GOS system, - 5 increments (0, 1, 2, 3 & 4mm positions) Independent PID micro-processing temperature control of all zones Continuous single ply, PTFE coated, scarf spliced conveyor processing belts Running speed range: 2-18 m/minute Maximum temperature: 200º C (392°F) Machine mounted OMRON PLC control system - HMI Touch screen color display - Operating program memory function - Reporting, maintenance and history functions - Visual warning system Split side panel system for fast & easy belt replacement Felt wiper cleaning bars located on top & bottom belts Reliant Synchro-Track belt alignment system with linear actuators Unit has feet, entrance apron but no exit apron. Electrical: 480 volts/3phase/60Hz power Purchased fully refurbished to OEM specs and condition in 2022. Never installed and reported in excellent condition.
