| Description | electric dual drive dual shaft mixer, 5 hp per drive. Approx. 5 gallon capacity.
The mixer is a 5 hp pedestal mounted dual shaft type. The 5 hp high speed shaft has a 2" diameter blade that turns at 5327 or 10518 rpm. The 5 hp low speed helical blade is 9.5" diameter and turns at 9-90 rpm. The speed of the helical blade is controlled by an inverter.
The controls for the Reynolds Industries mixer consist of start, stop and speed adjust operators for the low speed motor; low-start, hi-start and stop operators for the high speed motor and an E-Stop operator to control power to the enclosure along with a "power on" light to indicate the energized state of the control station. Tachometers displaying the low speed and high speed rpm's are also included.

High Speed Drive: belt & sheaves, ratio 3.018:1, 1 belt, 2 speed (10518 - 5327).
Low Speed Drive: C-face motor to gear reducer, ratio 20:1, final output rpm 9-90.
Lift Data: 24 " lift, ball drive actuator.
Lift Motor: .5 hp, 115v 1 ph, explosion proof.
Blade: Type - sawtooth disperser (hi-speed), 2" diameter, .390 center hole, mounting holes: (2) 9/32" dia on 1-1/16" BC. Type - Helical (low speed) 9.5" diameter.
The vessel and jacket are ASME rated at 75 psi and the Hastoloy rated at 100 psi at 400 deg F.
